Easy to use PDF signer

I used QuickSigner to sign some PDF documents for work last week. It was super easy to upload the files and get them signed. Didn't have any trouble figuring it out, which was nice. Got the job done quickly.

Reliable for team signing

I've been using QuickSigner for a while now, mostly for Multi-party Signing and Team Management. This last time I renewed our Annual Subscription. It's been consistently reliable, just like previous years. The audit trail is always clear, which is important for us. I did notice the interface got a slight refresh since my last renewal, which was a good change, made it a little smoother to navigate. It integrates well with our workflow, and we haven't had any issues with document security. It's why I keep coming back; it just works without much fuss.

Good value, minor bugs

I signed up for the Monthly Subscription to try it out for my small business. The overall experience was good, especially considering the price point compared to some other services. Document Upload worked fine, and the Legally Binding eSignatures seemed reliable. The only small thing was that the Custom Branding feature was a bit finicky to set up; I had to try a few times to get the logo to display correctly. Delivery was instant since it's a digital service, which is always a plus. Value is definitely there, but they could polish up the branding section a bit.

Anyone know if there's a free trial for QuickSigner? Wanna try it out before committing to a subscription.

J Julia C. 3 weeks ago
Yep, there's a 14-day free trial. I just signed up for it last week.

They definitely have one. I think it's two weeks, gives you enough time to kick the tires.

Wondering about security. Is QuickSigner really safe for sensitive documents? Heard about their ISO certification, but how does that translate to actual safety?

S Sam 3 weeks ago
The ISO 27001 certification means they follow strict international standards for information security. So, yeah, it's considered very secure. Banks and big companies use similar standards.

It's about as safe as it gets for online stuff. The ISO thing is a big deal for data protection, means they've been audited and meet high security benchmarks. I trust it with my client contracts.

How much can you actually save if you pay annually instead of monthly? Is it worth it?

C Cody 1 month ago
It's a pretty decent chunk. I think it's like 15-25% off the monthly rate if you go annual. I definitely saved a good amount.

Yeah, paying yearly always saves you money with these subscription services. For QuickSigner, it's a noticeable difference, like a few months free compared to monthly payments.

Hey, thinking about QuickSigner for my small biz. Is it actually legally binding? Like, for real contracts and stuff?

E Elena Foster 1 month ago
Yeah, it is. I've used it for a few client agreements and never had an issue. Their site says it's totally legit.

From what I remember reading, they are. They mention some ISO certification too, which sounds pretty official for legal stuff.

Does QuickSigner allow multiple people to sign one document? Need to send out contracts to several parties.

W Wendy Doyle 1 month ago
Yep, definitely supports multi-party signing. I use it for agreements with 3-4 people all the time.

R Raj 1 month ago
Yeah, it handles multiple signers. You just set up the signing order and everything.

Any chance of Black Friday deals for QuickSigner? Should I wait until then to sign up?

K Kate Brooks 4 weeks ago
They usually have some kind of Black Friday or Cyber Monday deal, yeah. If you're not in a hurry, it might be worth waiting a bit to see what pops up.

G Greg Marsh 3 weeks ago
I think they've done Black Friday sales in the past. If you can hold out, you might snag an extra discount on the annual plan.

Can I cancel my QuickSigner subscription anytime? Or am I locked in for a year if I choose the annual plan?

T Tara 1 month ago
You can cancel monthly anytime. For annual, you're usually committed for the year, but it won't auto-renew if you cancel before the next billing cycle.

C Cleo 1 month ago
I cancelled my monthly subscription easily, no issues. I think with annual you're just paying for the full year upfront, so you wouldn't get a refund for unused time, but it won't renew after that.

Trying to decide between QuickSigner and DocuSign. Is QuickSigner a good alternative or should I just stick with the big name?

M Mia Nguyen 3 weeks ago
QuickSigner is really good for the price, especially for small businesses. DocuSign can get pricey fast. QuickSigner has most of the same features you'd need.

S Sarah Osei 3 weeks ago
I switched from DocuSign to QuickSigner a few months ago and haven't looked back. It's way more affordable and the interface is super clean. Plus, it's ISO certified like DocuSign.
